All our chicken comes from a great little farm in Vendée (France). Whether you go for fried chicken or tofu, we hand cut every slice when you ask for it.

ETHICAL LOCAL SOURCING.

We tasted chicken from different farms to offer the best product we can have, reducing the transport at its minimum.

OUR CHEF

Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre is our man. He's knows a thing or two about Korean flavour by its origins but also because he's been developing Korean cuisine for years. Oh, did we mentioned he's a 2 stars Michelin Chef and jury for Top Chef Belgium? Maybe that's why he's considered as a rising star of the Walloon cuisine...
